This is a terrific opportunity to join one of the world's premier names in energy transportation. Our client is looking for an experienced Maritime Administrative Assistant to join their Marine Payroll Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
•Assist with the Seafarer monthly salary payments preparation.
•Ensure correct Seafarer payroll documentation is received (i.e. Appendices A/D and Bank Details).
•Manual input of Seafarer deductions/expenses and additional Retirement Fund contributions.
•Co-ordinate Seafarer monthly wage slip distribution.
•Assist with resolving and replying to Seafarer Payroll queries.
•Review monthly seafarer leave pay accrual.
•Assist with administration of Company Seafarer Retirement Fund scheme.
•Assist with Internal/External Crew Payroll and Retirement Fund Audits.
•Processing Italian Seafarers’ National Pension “INPS” applications.
•Review and ownership of Fleet Team’s Company Priority Pass lounge visit program.
•Ownership of Company Marine Benefits medical plan monthly reporting.
•Assist with review / input of Team Seafarer Incentive and Rejoining payments.
•Support with other administrative duties as and when required.
•Demonstrates analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision-making skills.
•Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective manner.
•Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•Previous experience in an administrative role.
