Flagship Management is an established and growing international recruitment and search firm specializing in the maritime, cruise, and oil/gas industries.  Our office, located in down-town Fort Lauderdale, is relaxed and comfortable, in an open trading floor space.  As a result of our year-to-year growth, we are looking to add motivated individuals to join our team. We will train you and give you all the tools and support you need to succeed.

We are looking for people with the following:

  • College degree or proven telesales experience, must be motivated and hungry
  • Knowledge of one of the following:  commercial maritime, yachting, or power generation industries
  • Ideal candidates will have had previous experience with recruitment or sales
  • Comfortable prospecting on the phone and closing business
  • Aggressive, entrepreneurial mentality running your own desk
  • Able to multi task with little oversight
  • Comfortable working in a high energy, fast paced loud environment
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US, no visa or sponsorship opportunities at this time
