You'll need to be a great communicator, because in this role no two days are the same.
Liaising with yacht designers, owners rep's, class & flag and production, you will be keeping a close eye on assessing as built performance from beginning to end.
It will suit a person who enjoys a practical situation, where you can see boats being built, but also have technical and analytical input.
Ideal candidates will have enough experience to be able to work somewhat self sufficiently, but probably need at minimum of a few years relevant experience post graduation.
The top of the salary budget is likely to be attractive for someone near or recently chartered.
