Responsibilities will include;
- PA work for the senior Directors
- Supporting head of departments with administrative support
- Arranging travel and events, organising meetings
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems
- Managing the new employee induction process
- Managing the website and social media activities
To be a suitable candidate you should have proven experience in a similar role, able to work in a high pressure environment with an eye for detail and great leadership qualities.
