Operations / Business Development Manager

The Company

Faststream is currently working with an established Yacht Management Company, and have an exciting opportunity to build and develop a new team as an Operations / Business Development Manager.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Operations / Yacht Manager with the drive and ambition to build and grow a team.

As the Operational Business Development Manager, your role will involve growing and developing the yacht management side of the business.

You will be managing a fleet of small yachts and have full ownership of these.

You will also be expected to bring on new yachts and a large percentage of your role will be Business Development and Business growth.

You must have;

• Solid Superyacht experience
• Operational / Project / Yacht management experience
•  Very strong Business Acumen
• Be driven, passionate and dedicated to bringing on new business
• You will also be required to travel to build relationships, attend events and build your network so strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

The Reward

This position is based out of Palma. It is essential that you either currently live in Palma or are happy to relocate (1 months accommodation will be paid for, for any person who is relocating).
