An excellent opportunity to work with a leading shipping company located in Grimsby as an Operations Coordinator.
This is a highly diverse role focused on the management of crew logistics and will encompass the following responsibilities;
- Handle incoming enquiries relating to crew logistic services, advising clients on funding tariffs and schedules.
- Provide an excellent level of service to clients whilst adhering to agreed service level agreements.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure seamless crew transfers, establishing best practice from all suppliers.
- Identify future business opportunities that would allow the continued expansion of the Crew Logistics Services department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an understanding of port agency and services, ready to progress into a diverse logistical role. Applicants must also be strong communicators with an ability to multitask and prioritise workload when required.
