Create and put into use best practice frameworks, tools, and processes to greatly improve the function.

Build, develop, and assist the regional team as they expand their capabilities.

Establish solid connections with important regional and international players across all pertinent functions.

Prioritizing market demands and requests based on revenue and business case

Ensuring that the regional needs are discussed with the global product teams so that the needs are prioritized and incorporated into the timeframes for global development

Promoting excellence in sales enablement in the region and deploying fully productized platforms there in collaboration with other relevant teams

Constantly researching the area to find possible partners and acquisition targets



Having a solid background in product development and management requiring sophisticated technology platforms and a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree

Working in a regional product implementation and management scope for at least 8 years

Strong grasp of customer experience & engagement, data analytics, and how these are key to a successful loyalty program Deep expertise in the loyalty and loyalty commerce sectors

It would be ideal if you had experience with the Sales Force line of products.

It would be very desired to have experience with and knowledge of the travel and hospitality, financial services, and retail industries, as well as how loyalty programs are implemented in each of these industries.

An understanding of application development and agile development approaches is necessary for productive regional and international engagement with technology equivalents.

Proven track record of success in product development from start to finish and in bringing goods to market, especially with centralized/global control of product development and schedules
