  • Control expectations to guarantee that our goods and services meet the demands of our customers.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the assigned accounts by promoting the client’s goods, services, and consulting offerings while actively listening to client needs and demands.
  • Find possibilities for joint ventures to design, plan, and implement a growth strategy to provide great service, hit and surpass territorial sales goals, and stimulate revenue development across all Client services.
  • Apply local strategies and resources from the client’s go-to-market plans to develop and seize possibilities for the products and services of the client.
  • Offer proactive customer service and effectively use additional company resources to satisfy customer expectations.
  • Utilize the newest tools to easily plan accounts and manage social media operations while keeping track of activity, contacts, accounts, leads, and possibilities


  • Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in revenue management, account management, or business development/sales, particularly in consultative sales involving enterprise software
  • The capacity to develop relationships with current clients at different levels, especially senior management and C-level, and to inspire confidence and trust.
  • A history of exceptional sales accomplishments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a range of different cultures and corporate levels.
  • Comfortable and knowledgeable in speaking with Executive Management teams.
  • The desire to represent clients and the capacity to manage interactions between various client Teams and clients to guarantee that both clients’ and clients’ interests are safeguarded.
