We have partnered with a leading logistics organisation that is looking to identify, attract and engage an experienced and high-performing Regional HR Director for their regional operations, based in Singapore.
This challenging and dynamic HR position will require someone with operational experience and capabilities across the diverse HR functions not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee well-being and labour law compliance.
As a Regional HR Director, you will manage, lead and develop a lean team of HR professionals, you and your team will roll out regional HR initiatives and processes within the region in collaboration with regional and local management and HR functions. You will work closely with the business and provide significant regional and local input on the development and streamlining of existing and new HR policies and procedures.
Due to the intricacies of this position we are looking for a HR professional that has worked with large organisations/MNCs, managing lean high-performing teams and someone that has hands-on HR operations experience and can develop HR policies, frameworks and processes in a fast-paced environment.
