This is an exciting position with an engine manufacturer that is going to make a big impact on global markets with an exciting new technology.

Our client is a worldwide leader in the provision of maritime products, services and solutions with an extensive office network globally. They are currently looking for an experienced customer care executive with a background in spare parts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Issuing quotes and processing new orders
  • Monitoring and ensuring on-time delivery of products
  • Managing all shipping logistics
  • Administration of relevant documentation

The ideal candidate will have the following background:

  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Marine experience is not essential but would be a distinct advantage
  • Must speak English
  • A second language, i.e. French, Italian, German, Spanish, would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly communicator
  • MS Office
