The role:

  • Drive and lead the entire Key Accounts and Business Development Team across Malaysia
  • Develop and execute strategies to measure the performance of the Country Sales teams to reach and exceed the overall company performance
  • Develop, steer and maintain strong client relationships with decision makers
  • Working with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Recruit, train and coach managers and supervisors


  • Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain will be highly desirable. Degree in any discipline can be considered
  • 15 years of relevant working experience in the freight forwarding/logistics Industry
  • 10 years of proven management and leadership experience
  • Exposure working for global MNC environment
  • Effective time management, sales planning and problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications
