  • Responsible for developing, leading and executing all Sales Strategies in Aftersales for the region assigned.
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding Aftermarket Sales margin targets
  • Visit all region key accounts, maintain and grow relationships with existing and new accounts.
  • Focus on sales growth through current, new product offering and reaching out to market with focus on new customer / yards.
  • Provide and update sales pipeline projection for Aftersales, customer visits, CRM and other relevant business reporting whenever required.
  • Create CRM opportunities from live enquiries and leverage on Clarkson’s / market data to tap on possible leads.
  • Perform opportunity follow-ups and provide timely update in CRM.
  • Sales lead and contract negotiation for all Segment projects working with the Segment Managers.
  • Review all contract agreements and flag key concerns to direct manager for approval if deviates from standard acceptance.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant sales experience working within Marine Industry is required.
  • Good knowledge of centrifugal pumps.
  • Experience in Newbuild/Aftersales and selling across Central Asia and Middle East Regions.
  • Proven and solid track record in closing deals achieving sales targets and contract signing.
  • Proactive, customer oriented with a positive attitude
  • Service Minded and result-oriented and high degree of autonomy
  • Strong negotiation skills & use of sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint.
