Scrum Master

Drives the adoption of Agile techniques among Technology teams in accordance with the bank’s transformation frameworks.

All scrum events are facilitated and supported: Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Review

Produce forward-looking metrics and information for senior management reporting and program tracking for continuous improvement.

Works with other team members (such as engineering leads and business stakeholders) to ensure that sprint plans with clearly defined results are achievable, as well as to assist in the prioritization of delivery and sprint targets.

Ensure that Scrum is understood and that the team follows Scrum philosophy, practice, and principles.

Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skills, domain knowledge, and effective communication, both internally and externally.

To boost the efficacy of Scrum’s application in the organization, works with the Senior Scrum Master and other Scrum Masters to resolve team barriers.

Requirements

Graduate or postgraduate degree in psychology, economics, finance, accounting, or a similar discipline in Science, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.

Certification as a scrum master (CSM, PSM l) is required.

Experience as a scrum master with a strong agile delivery background and knowledge of waterfall approaches is required.

Preferably, previous experience with large-scale technology migration and integration.

End-to-end knowledge of insurance product manufacturing and distribution processes and technologies

Assess the utilization of processes and systems, focusing on KPIs to track progress and manage changes, such as Confluence and Jira.
