Perform a key role in the Project Team, bringing together contractual, comemrcial and technical knowledge in order to provide contractual and commercial guidance to the project team and the wider organization


  • Assist and support line management with organizing and maintaining logs and files in a systematic manner to allow for easy access
  • Post Client contract award, assist in the preparation of pre-qualification activities, and RFQs for subcontracts and department
  • Exposure to drafting of low risk and/or small size contracts. Drafting of internal approval sheet for low risk contracts and obtaining the various levels of approval for all contracts
  • Exposure to subcontract management, drafting and/or review of subcontract notices, amendments, change requests, change orders and formalization of subcontract closeouts

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant area such as Law or Quantity Surveying / Master qualification in a relevant subject such as construction law, business administration or economics will be of value
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Construction Contracts experience will have advantage
  • Understanding of technical, commercial, contractual and execution risk in construction contracts environment and the inter-relationships and trade-offs between each of these aspects
  • MRICS, MCIArd, SCL is an advantage
