You'll report directly to the CEO and focus on developing enterprise-wide sales management strategies and a framework for an accountable sales infrastructure focused on revenue generation and market share expansion. The VP of Sales will advance a strategic approach for the Marine Operating Companies to assist them in assessing their full market potential and in defining market segments and sales processes, supported by best practices in marketing, sales, business development and all other revenue generating activities.
Qualifications:
• You have a bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• You have 15+ years commercial management experience, including 5+ years of recent and verifiable experience building, growing, and scaling a highly relevant revenue generating organization with a heavy emphasis on sales strategy and operations
• A working knowledge of marine transportation will get our attention
• You have served as a Senior Executive
