Description
Handling all aspects of clients’ corporate secretarial matters
• Being responsible and handle incorporation of companies, registration of foreign entities and limited liability partnerships. Striking off companies
• Preparing minutes of meetings, resolutions and supporting documents
• Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act
• Prepare board resolutions and minutes Prepare and filing of e-forms (ACRA) and e-stamping of transfer forms
• Perform any other secretarial duties as assigned by the management
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree / ICSA holder or currently pursuing ICSA course
• Conversant with Singapore Companies Act and familiar with regulatory and reporting requirement
• Independent and proactive to respond to client’s queries
• Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with all stakeholders
