Shipbroker (Crude)

We are representing a leading MNC brokerage firm with a strong presence in the shipping industry to assist with their search for a shipbroker.

This role will be supporting the Crude desk and will offer you a great platform with the opportunity for an attractive remuneration package that will commensurate with experience.

A regular day-to-day in this position will include

• Identifying potential business opportunities
• Conducting market research to obtain key data for analytical purposes and to share with Management
• Fixing cargo for profit maximisation
• Uphold company policy and industry specific work standards/ethics

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a role of a similar capacity and will have a strong network of clientele with a proven successful track record.

A strong grasp of the English language is essential and the ability to communicate in any other language as well would be an added advantage.
