Faststream are in partnership with a 6* Industry leading, Cruise line which is rapidly growing, creating exceptional internal promotional opportunities with in this company.
You will be catering for 900+ passengers, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the entire galley, all food is freshly prepared daily and all food is designed on their destination focused dining approach.
The desirable candidate will have the following:
*3 years in rank experience at sea, or 3 years as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine from a 5* hotel or restaurant.
*Fluent written and spoken English
On offer is a 6 month on 2 month off rotation with shared accommodation plus an industry leading salary.
