Our client, a shipping company, is looking for a Technical Assistant to be based in their Singapore office.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers
- Manage Invoices, AWB, Packing List and other related documentations.
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording
and tracking of all documents
- Support the project team in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationery supplies
for the department
- Monitor vessel movements and coordinate with Operational Manager for smooth call
- Handle crewing arriving to Singapore and departing from Singapore
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
