Technical Superintendent (Dubai)

Direct Search Global is working closely with one of our clients to recruit for a Technical Superintendent to based in Dubai.

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of assigned vessels, controlling and maintaining the budget.

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing Technical Support to your assigned vessels.
• Ensure all vessels are maintained to statutory requirements, industry standards and company policies.
• Arrange and manage Technical inspections, internal audits etc.
• Monitor and control budget for the vessel

Qualifications:

• COC Class 1 Marine Engineer.
• Sailed at least 2 years as Chief Engineer.
• At least 2 years of previous shore experience working as Technical Superintendent.
