Faststream are pleased to be exclusively working alongside this highly ranked global marine services provider who are currently looking to further develop their commercial team and are hiring for a Vice President- Sales Effectiveness.

The role:

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer

Responsible for driving performance of global sales team through effective design and implementation of sales excellence program

Analyse data trends and sales intelligence to drive change behaviour

Implementing and monitoring KPIs, resource allocation and territory optimisation

Identifying and escalating key performance management issues to the CCO

Coordinating with senior business stakeholders and driving sales initiatives

Driving organisational towards a data driven sales team

The candidate:

Experience of working in similar sales excellence focused environment

Demonstrated success of implementing sales excellence programs

Experience of coaching a sales team

Analytical thinker and data driven

Effective communicator

Strong leadership qualities and able to effectively delegate tasks

Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
