Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer
Responsible for driving performance of global sales team through effective design and implementation of sales excellence program
Analyse data trends and sales intelligence to drive change behaviour
Implementing and monitoring KPIs, resource allocation and territory optimisation
Identifying and escalating key performance management issues to the CCO
Coordinating with senior business stakeholders and driving sales initiatives
Driving organisational towards a data driven sales team
Experience of working in similar sales excellence focused environment
Demonstrated success of implementing sales excellence programs
Experience of coaching a sales team
Analytical thinker and data driven
Strong leadership qualities and able to effectively delegate tasks
Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
Candidates must be within a commutable distance to London or prepared to relocate. Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
