Warehouse Manager (Marine)

The Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Warehouse personnel to drive daily operations in the Warehouse
• Ensuring a team of warehouse personnel with the correct receipt of inventories, documentation, order processing and distribution operations
• Warehouse and cold room (food) storage housekeeping and safety conformance
• Train and guide new staff on Warehouse operational procedures
• To implement proper work process flow and draft instructions to meet inbound and outbound requirement
• To manage a high level of inventory integrity by conducting periodic cycle count and yearly stock take
• Coordinate with Logistics for container inbound and arrange manpower for unstuffing
• Provide reports and statistics to Executive Vice President (Group Operations) for Warehouse space, productivity and inventory analysis
• Investigate, prepare report and provide solutions on inventory discrepancy
• Coordinate with QHSSE team to ensure workplace safety
• Support Sales team on inventory display for customer RFQ
• Work with Procurement team on stock purchase and provide storage capacity
• Ensure all checklist in Warehouse are maintained and plan equipment provider to execute quarterly maintenance
• Other ad hoc duties when assigned

The Requirements:

• Any relevant academics
• Working experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
• 2-5 years of relevant working experiences
• Must have experience managing a team
