JP Morgan turns to product tankers

JP Morgan Global Maritime has switched its focus away from bulkers. Having done deals for 15 bulkers, mainly capes, since 2016 the Andy Dacy-led shipping vehicle of the US bank is now linked by brokers as taking the Desert Marine, a 50,000 dwt product carrier, and the last remaining tanker in Greece’s Atlantic Bulk Carriers fleet.

JP Morgan Global Maritime is now listed with 25 ships in VesselsValue’s database, including four VLGCs and four boxships.
