Dubai: Saudi Arabia's Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Company and Mumbai-based Seaworld Shipping and Logistics have signed a joint venture agreement to establish a joint logistics and shipping network. The venture will start out as a shipping agency and could eventually lead to some freight forwarding business too. Both companies have operated a jv agency out of Dubai for the past seven years.
