KrisEnergy gets $100m credit facility for asset acquisitions

Singapore: KrisEnergy announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, KrisEnergy (Asia), has entered into a facility agreement whereby KrisEnergy will be granted a $100m revolving credit facility maturing in March 2016 with an option to extend for an additional one year. The facility was arranged by HSBC.

The company said the facility will be used for the acquisition of hydrocarbon assets, general corporate purposes and working capital requirements. [25/03/14]
