Lavinia pays $12.5m for bargain panamax bulker

Korean owner Haeyoung Maritime Services have just done a deal, selling a six-year-old Penglai Zhongbai built bulker according to broking reports. The 75,000 dwt TTM Brilliance fetched $12.5m from Lavinia Corporation. The sale seems to be a good deal for the buyer as pricing portal VesselsValue estimates the bulker to be worth $14.9m.

After the sale Haeyoung is left with one smaller bulker and a car carrier.
