Shanghai: The board of directors of China Shipping Container Lines announced that Li Shaode has tendered his resignation as the executive director of the company and the chairman of the board. Xu Lirong has also resigned as executive director of the company and the vice chairman of the board.
Zhang Guofa, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as the new chairman of the company. [03/12/13]
