Shanghai: The Wuhan branch of CITIC Bank has come to the aid of another struggling shipbuilder. The bank has granted Yizheng Guoyu Shipbuilding an RMB400m loan to help ease its debt issues. The loan has been guaranteed by both the yard and the local government. [16/12/13]
