Singapore: For the past six years, offshore brokerage M3 Marine has been a supporter, sponsor and fan of the biannual White Collar Boxing (WCB) Singapore organized by Vanda Sports Group. Held in both Singapore and Hong Kong, the event’s beneficiary is the Children’s Surgical Centre – a non-government organization that provides free rehabilitation surgery to Cambodian children.
On April 26 this year, one of M3’s very own brokers will be battling it out in the ring. Charlie Tan, a competitive rugby player since she was 18 years old, has represented schools, clubs and Singapore in numerous tournaments. Since retiring from the rugby scene, her penchant for sports has kept her active and led to her participation in WCB where she hopes to give a knockout performance and do her bit for charity.
