Maersk Drilling jackup rig Maersk Resolve has had an option exercised by Wintershall Noordzee for one additional well.
The one-well extension, at the Sillimanite field in the Dutch North Sea, will have an estimated duration of around 100 days. Commencement is scheduled for mid-2020 in continuation of the 2009-built rig’s current work-scope.
The extension also adds an option for a well test.
