Kuala Lumpur: Chief Secretary to the government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa has been appointed as Bintulu Port Holdings’ non-independent and non executive chairman effective.
He replaces Tan Sri Dr Wan Aziz Wan Abdullah as the company’s chairman as Dr Aziz’s tenure of service has expired.
Bintulu Port also said chief executive officer of Malaysia LNG group of companies Zakaria Kasah has also been appointed as a non-independent and non executive director of the company. [01/11/13]
