Miyazaki Sangyo puts cape up for sale

Diverse Japanese owner Miyazaki Sangyo Kaiun is close to completing the sale of the first cape of the year, selling the 2007-built 177,000 dwt capesize bulker Lowland Erica.

Online portal VesselsValue sets the market value of the ship at $14.68m. The vessel has been inspectable over the weekend in Pyeongtaek, South Korea with a number of owners sending representatives to check out the ship.

Fourteen-ship strong Miyazaki Sangyo Kaiun has three ships in the cape segment.
