MOL and Cosco seek further joint venture gas shipping projects

Japan’s largest shipping line has firmed ties with China’s biggest maritime conglomerate.

Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) and Cosco Shipping Energy Transportation have signed a memorandum of understanding to work together on more LNG and ethane shipping projects.

The two parties have been working together for more than 10 years already on many big energy projects including the ExxonMobil DES Project, Australia Pacific LNG Project and Yamal LNG Project.
