New York: Key creditors of troubled Indonesian tanker operator Berlian Laju have filed an involuntary Chapter 11 petition against the firm at the US Bankruptcy court in Manhattan.
Three funds run by Connecticut-based Gramercy, with a combined total of around $125m in claims, filed yesterday. [14/12/12]
