Navios Maritime Containers plans US listing

Angeiki Frangou’s Navios Maritime Containers has submitted a confidential draft registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission proposing an IPO.

Neither the number or price of the units offered have been decided yet, although the company did reveal a limited partnership, Navios Maritime Containers L.P., would be used for the listing.

Since setting up shop in April 2017 with the acquisition of the entire Rickmers Trust fleet, Navios Containers has grown its fleet to 25 vessels.
