Singapore: A former high flier with Keppel has been appointed to head up the shipbuilding arm of Kim Heng. Daniel Chang, 59, has taken on the role of managing director of Kim Heng Shipbuilding & Engineering. Chang’s most recent job was with China’s Wison Offshore & Marine where he was executive vice president. Prior to that he held a variety of positions at Keppel. [13/08/14]
