Singapore: Koh Kok Leong has resigned from his role as the chief executive officer of CH Offshore, part of Falcon Energy Group, and will be replaced by James William Noe.
Noe joined Falcon Energy Group as chief operating officer (marine) in March, and was previously executive vice president of Hercules Offshore, having also served as president and CEO of Hercules subsidiary, Delta Towing.
Koh is leaving to pursue other interests, the company said.
Additionally, Gan Wah Kwang has been re-designated from a non-executive director to executive director with immediate effect.
