Shaharul Rezza bin Hassan, executive director and head of offshore marine services at Malaysia’s Bumi Armada, has resigned to pursue interests outside of the company.
Rezza is vacating his position at the end of February after requesting an early release from his responsibilities. He joined Bumi Armada in 2005 and had previously served in the role of CFO.
Megat Zarimanis is taking over the role, stepping up from the position of head of commercial for the offshore marine services division.
Late last year, Bumi Armada started a reorganisation of the offshore marine services division which involved plans to slash the workforce by around 40%.
