New management steps in at Giuseppe Bottiglieri Shipping Company

Giuseppe Bottiglieri Shipping Company has announced that Alessandro Ranzoli, Adamo Ceriani and Adriano Bianchi have been appointed new managers of the company, with Alessandro Ranzoli appointed as CEO and Adriano Bianchi non-executive.

All three come from advisory firm Alvarez & Marsal, which has been working for the Naples-based shipping company for some time.

The new team replaces past chairman and CEO Giuseppe Bottiglieri and his daughter Mariella Bottiglieri, who was managing director.

Earlier this week, the company sold capesize bulk carrier Giovanni Bottiglieri to Eyal Ofer’s Zodiac Maritime.
