Noble Corporation awarded jackup contract by BHP

Noble Corporation has been awarded a contract by BHP for its jackup drilling rig Noble Regina Allen to drill in Trinidad waters.

The contract for the 2013-built rig will commence from September 2020 to February 2021 at a dayrate of $120,000.

Before the contract with BHP, the rig will work with Encana in Canadian waters from February to June 2020.

Noble Corporation owns a fleet of 25 drilling units made up of eight drillships, 13 jackup rigs and four semi-submersible rigs.
