Taipei: Nobu Su and TMT Bulk have announced that they are no longer in contempt of court in the UK, with Justice Hamblem of the High Court of London saying that Su and TMT Bulk have now complied with orders to provide further information about assets.
Su’s TMT has been facing a number of legal claims in the past 18 months and his failure to show up to a court hearing in London a few months drew the wrath of the British judicial system. [23/04/13]
