Nobu Su’s latest case thrown out of court

Nobu Su has had his latest case thrown out of court but has vowed to keep fighting. The chairman of Taiwan’s Today Makes Tomorrow had tried to sue shipbroker Clarksons over an FFA deal from 2008 in a simmering fight the eccentric owner has been having with Cypriot owner Polys Haji-Ioannou.

A judge in London however ruled yesterday that Su had taken too long to have lodged his complaint.

Su has many other ongoing legal cases including against former senior managers at UK bank, RBS.
