Singapore: Nordic Flow Control, part of Singapore-listed Nordic Group, has secured a S$2.6m ($2m) contract from Armada Cabaca for the design and supply of a remotely operated hydraulic valve control system.
The valve control system will be installed onboard Armada Ali, a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) unit that Armada Cabaca is having converted at Keppel Shipyard.
Once completed, the FPSO will be chartered to Eni Angola for deployment at Block 15/06, East Hub, an oilfield located in offshore Angola.
This contract today makes Nordic Group’s outstanding order book worth around S$43.3m.
Armada Cabaca is a subsidiary of Bumi Armada and is a repeat customer of Nordic Flow Control. [9/12/14]
