Kuala Lumpur: Norwegian shipbuilder Kleven has won its first contract from Southeast Asia in a big reversal in global shipbuilding trends.
Malaysian based joint venture IES Pioneer has signed up for an MT 6015 MPSV design, designed by Norwegian design company MarinTeknikk, a vessel which will be outfitted with a crane, helideck and FiFi II. Delivery will be September 2015.
