Norway’s Odfjell Drilling has been awarded a contract by TAQA Bratani for platform drilling and maintenance services on five platforms in the UK North Sea.

The contract is planned to start in the third quarter of 2017 for a period of two years, with additional yearly options available.

Odfjell Drilling is currently performing platform drilling operations for BP on the UK Continental Shelf and will also start operations on the Mariner platform for Statoil in 2018.
