Cairo: Major General Hasan Falah, head of the Red Sea Ports Authority, said that the first phase of operations on developing Safaga Port is ready for opening by the middle of December. The port will be primarily aimed at ferry operations and is due to be opened by the minister of transport. [07/11/13]
