Over the Rainbow: China completes first offshore wind power turbine installation platform

Shanghai: Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering has completed China’s first offshore wind power turbine installation platform.

The vessel was designed and constructed all in-house. Sea trails were deemed a success. This is the latest hurdle Chinese shipbuilders have crossed as they eagerly take on all forms of ship construction.  [16/01/14]
