Singapore: Offshore vessel owner Pacific Radiance has set up a an Australian jv via wholly-owned subsidiary, Crest Offshore Marine.
Crest has entered into an agreement with Australia-based Westsea Marine to jointly incorporate "Westsea Radiance Pte. Ltd.”
The jv will own vessels and position itself in the Australian offshore oil and gas market, and initially intends to acquire two deepwater platform supply vessels. [08/04/14]
