Patagonia buys feeder boxship from Marlow Navigation

Argentinean domestic container shipping operator Patagonia Shipping Lines (PSL) has acquired the 2012-built 1,368 teu containership  Sea Ruby from Cypriot owner Marlow Navigation according to Alphaliner.

The vessel has been renamed Asturiano II and will be deployed on the company’s cabotage container service between Buenos Aires and Ushuaia, replacing a vessel sold by PSL a few months ago.

Patagonia Shipping is a unit of Ultrapetrol Group and currently operates two feeder boxships.
