Singapore: Offshore firm KS Energy Limited has announced that Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has taken a one year option on “KS Java Star” jackup rig, owned by KS Energy subsidiary KS Drilling.
The rig is deployed in the West Madura Oilfield offshore Java and is expected to continue drilling there until January 2015.
The extension is valued at around $41 million. [15/11/13]
